Problemi di connessione

Buonasera a tutti..
Ho acquistato il laser ds3300 rgb e il software LaserWorld Showeditor 2015 ma ho problemi di connessione...
Ho fatto tutte le prove possibili ed immaginabili ma mi dice sempre "Please connect your interface and dongle key code..."
Ho provato a seguire il vostro tutorial ma niente da fare.
Aiuto please!!!

Ho fatto tutte le prove con diversi indirizzi ip, ho disabilitato anti virus , ho disabilitato il wireless, ho disabilitato il firewall..

Configure your ShowNET with an IP (i.e. 192.168.1.50), then connect it to your computer with an ethernet cable. It has to be a normal wire, not a cross one.
Now, from your Windows computer, open a CMD window (press WIN+R, write "cmd", click "ok").
In the CMD window write the following command:
ping 192.168.1.50 (or the IP configured before).
