can't copy files

Please describe the errors you experience more in detail.
Is it errors during the installation of the software, is it errors when trying to connect the hardware or is it access errors to files?

hello....

do you tget the error when you start the file "Laserworld_SHoweditor_2015_2016_8"
Or when you start the installation by klicking in the upper Menu Option "Install Lsaerworld Showeditor 2015" ?

the Showeditor Installer programm is not installing a file named "c.hub" or "u.hub"...
on my whole c drive isn't a file named like this....

So please send a screenshoot to me, may be this will find to figure out the problem

okay... you talk abought HEB files (not Hub files )

yes, this files will be installed by the Showeditor Installer...
but normaly.. the missing of these three files should not affect the functionality of the laser software, because this are only ScanFrame Data files (immages)....for the default Live Lasershow.... if you need them, please let me know.

unfortuanately i don't know the reason, why the installer is not able to copy the file to your Harddrive....

may be a teamviewsessin could help.

Are you able to start the Software? if not, what is the message then?
as i sayed, the missing of the files should NOT affect the Functionality of Program.

as i already told, the funktionality of software should not be damaged by missing this 3 files...... as i remember, i renamed this files... so there should not be a problem.
Is the programm workring now? or not? ..
